This general
purpose tensile grip features jaw faces that are manually
tightened to secure specimens from 6mm to 30mm (0.25 to 1.25
in) in diameter. The throat depth is 45mm (1.75 in). A ball
socket mounting screw in the upper grip assures proper
alignment with the lower grip. Grips have hardened steel
faces.
