This capstan action, parallel wedge grip supplied with straight cut faces. It is ideal for flat specimens. The capstan action holds samples securely in the jaws prior to the test. Optional jaw faces are available. The TG270 is not supplied when ordering optional jaw faces.

Includes upper and lower grips with standard straight cut faces.

Used for tensile testing in general metallurgical and composite applications.
