3rd party inspection is the latest addition in DMM's capability to provide 360 degrees of service. We can check your parts and certify your fixtures up to 16 inch x 20 inch x 14 inch long.

We carry Coordinate Measuring Machine made by Helmel to do these inspections. Our inspectors were factory trained to perform these measurements.

We also have Shimana Video Measuring Machine and Optical Comparator to do contact less measurement on critical features.

We also have in our lab a complete range of Calipers, Micrometers and Height Gauges to do simple measurements on your parts. Other parameters that we can check on a part are Surface Roughness and Rockwell Hardness of Materials.
